They impressed me from the beginning by their quick response to the enquiry. Some company's did call me back a 6 weeks later. I had 2 companies to inspect and quote the susidence issue. Lift and level is not the lowest but still very reasonable. The main reason why I chose them is because their initial response and explanation was very professional. The result is beyond perfect and I don't think it can be any better. Tony mentioned that they couldn't guarantee the lift but it surely closed the gap by 80%.
